photoKam Radar is a photo library and editor for iPad that works without an account. Your photos and videos are processed only on your device and are never uploaded. The app sends no information to the operator's servers. There are no ads, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

1. Information handled only on your device

• Photos and videos in your photo library: read only on the device to build your library, map and search, and to edit them. If you allow "Selected Photos" only, the app reads only those photos.
• Folders you choose in the Files app (iCloud Drive, On My iPad, external drives): only the photos in the folders you choose are read. Photos you delete from such a folder are moved to a "Deleted Items" folder inside it.
• Location stored in photos (EXIF GPS): read only on the device to show where photos were taken on a map. The app does not ask for your current location.
• Face and body recognition (portrait retouching, automatic selection): calculated only on the device by AI models that are included in the app.
• Saving edited photos: saved as new photos in a "photoKam" album in the Photos app (add-photos permission). Your original photos are not changed.
• The app does not use the camera.
• The photo catalog, edits, ratings, settings and thumbnails are kept in the app's private storage and are removed when you delete the app.

2. Information sent — none

The app does not collect or send analytics, diagnostics or device identifiers, and it sends nothing to the operator's servers. The app has no setting for this.

Data deletion: because we keep no information on the operator's servers, there is nothing to ask us to delete. When you delete the app, the photo catalog, edits, settings and thumbnails on the device are all removed (the originals in your photo library and photos you saved to the Photos app remain). Your Pro purchase record is kept by Apple in your Apple account. If you have questions, contact exapeak@naver.com.

3. Third-party services

• Apple In-App Purchase: Pro (one-time, non-consumable purchase) is handled by Apple; the app never receives payment details. On another iPad signed in with the same Apple Account, use "Restore Purchases" (the iPhone app is a separate purchase). Apple's policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
• Apple Maps: when you open the map, map images for the visible area are downloaded from Apple's servers, which receive your IP address and the requested area. Photos and the list of photo locations are not sent (pins are drawn on the device). Apple Maps & Privacy

4. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

5. Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
