photoKam is a photo library, editor and filter camera that works without an account. Your photos and videos are processed only on your device and are never uploaded. There are no ads, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

1. Information handled only on your device

• Photos and videos (photo and video permission): read on the device to show your library and apply edits and filters. Never sent to a server.
• Location stored in photos (EXIF GPS) (ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION): read on the device to show where photos were taken on a map. The app does not ask for your current location and does not send any location.
• Camera (camera permission): used for the filter preview and taking photos. Photos are saved to your device's photo folder (DCIM/photoKam).
• Edits, your filters, settings and thumbnails are kept in the app's private storage and are removed when you uninstall the app.

2. Information sent — anonymous usage statistics (can be turned off)

To improve the product, the following is sent over HTTPS to the operator's server (exapeaksoft.com). You can turn it off at any time in Settings › Updates › Anonymous usage statistics.

• A random installation number created by the app (it cannot identify you or your device)
• Install, update, launch and exit events and session length
• App version, OS and its version, CPU type, language and region, and whether Pro is active

We never send photo or file contents, file names or paths, location or contacts. This data is used only for product analytics and is not shared with third parties.

Deletion requests: to have your usage statistics deleted, copy the number in the app under Settings › Updates › Installation number and email it to exapeak@naver.com. We will delete all statistics recorded under that number and reply to you. Turning statistics off in the app stops any further sending.

3. Third-party services

• Google Play Billing: purchases and restores of Pro are handled by Google Play; the app never receives payment details. The app only verifies the purchase on the device. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Map tiles (OpenStreetMap): when you open the map, map images for the visible area are downloaded from OpenStreetMap tile servers, which receive your IP address and the requested area. OSMF Privacy Policy
• AI model downloads (only when you use such a feature): model files are downloaded from the operator's server. No photos are sent.

4. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

5. Changes

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
